The inscription on the pendant - Om mani padme hum - is probably the best known mantra of Tibetan Buddhism. It transforms negative emotions. Om transforms pride and egoism, ma jealousy and envy, ni attachment and egoistic desires, pad ignorance and confusion, me greed and laziness, and hum hatred and anger.
